New Salon Procedures

Your health and safety are my greatest priority and I thank you for your patience.

 

*The studio will be cleaned and sanitized between each client.  Because of this 30 min will be added to your appointment time and I will not be able to book as many clients per day. Being on time for your appointment is more important than ever before.

 

*No other guest or family members will be allowed into the studio

 

*Please limit your personal belongings and no outside food or beverage except water

 

*If you are sick or have been exposed to someone who is sick please cancel your appointment right away.  You will be rescheduled for at least 14 days later and any cancellation fees will be waived.  Your temperature will be checked upon arrival.  Any temperatures over 100.4 will have to reschedule.

 

*Please wait in your car or outside until receiving a call or text to enter the building

 

*Please immediately wash your hands for 20 seconds in the restroom before coming to the studio.

 

*Masks are required for the entire service.  If you do not have a mask, I will provide a disposable one for you.

 

*Contactless payments are highly recommended.  I accept Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

 

*Due to the additional cost of PPE, cleaning supplies, and reduction of clients per day, service prices will be increasing by $5.  My previous prices will be honored when redeeming any gift cards purchased before June 1st, 2020.

CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY

 

    If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of your service price. This policy is in place out of respect for me and my clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. 

 

If you don't cancel and don't show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the original service to be paid at your next scheduled visit or charged to your card on file. In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.  

 

I offer a 15 minute grace period for all appointments.  I cannot guarantee service if you are over 15 minutes late and you may be subject to a no-show fee.
